Leading Success
High quality, visible leadership is crucial to the success of the Trust. Our Leadership Charter sets out agreed core values that all colleagues subscribe to and regularly revisit. Nurturing and developing leadership is a key feature to our future success and we provide extensive opportunities for colleagues to contribute to academy and Trust-wide development and engage in presenting impact to a range of stakeholders.

In seeking to ensure a world class education for young people, we place a relentless focus on delivering high levels of consistency in the quality of teaching and learning. We have a shared approach to teaching and assessment across the Trust which is communicated through our Accord Classroom Principles. This allows colleagues to act on the latest research, collaborate on development and share best practice.

Our colleagues flourish when their time is maximised so that they can talk about their role, have dedicated time to plan and reflect on their teaching practice, and engaging in targeted professional development. As a Trust we place a strong emphasis on maintaining very high standards across our academy communities. Our approach is highly inclusive, and positive recognition of success is a key feature throughout the Trust.
